The participants of the XVI International Dance Campus of Valencia will have the option to book their accommodation, if they want so, at Plaza Picasso Apartments, thanks to a special fee agreement for our participants.
The apartments are located 5 minutes away from La Petxina’s Sport Complex, across Rio Turia’s riverbed, where the Workshop will take place.

All apartments are situated in the same building, in different floors. In the basement we can find the 24h reception, as well as the dining room. The building has also a minimarket.
All apartments has cleaning service every three days, at the same time as changing bedsheets and towels. All of them include:

Booking Procedure:
- Select, in ADAM’s inscription form, the apartment you would like.
- Tell ADAM who you want to share the flat with.
- ADAM will handle the booking for you.
- Once the booking is confirmed, you will have to proceed to the payment directly to Apartamentos Plaza Picasso following the deadline below:
- 200€ regardless of the choice of accommodation upon confirmation of the accommodation between April 21st and 27th 2025
- The remaining amount depending on your apartment selection must be paid between July 28th and August 3rd 2025.
- We will send you the bank information of Apartamentos Plaza Picasso by mail
- Check-in: from 16h.
- Check-out: until 12am.
We remind you that ADAM only works as an intermediary between Apartamentos Plaza Picasso and the families, in order to be able to do the correct assignment of the flats depending on your indications.
Cancellation policies:
The conditions for cancellation are as following:
- Cancellation before 45 days no penalty applies.
- Between 45 and 15 days prior to arrival, there will be a penalty of 200€.
- If the cancellation occurs within 15 days prior to arrival, the penalty will be 100% of the reservation.
Prices:
Campus accommodation (17th August and departure on Saturday 30th August, total 13 nights). The price does not include meals. If you are arriving a day earlier, please add an extra night to the price specified below:
*The aparthotel has only a given number of apartments, so we cannot guarantee their availability.
Half board (breakfast and dinner):
This service is under request for those staying in the apartments.
The catering company La cuina de Gemma will offer breakfast and dinner service for those staying in the apartments who are interested in it.
The price for breakfast and dinner will be 22,00€ per day.

Meals in the cafeteria of the complex La Pechina:
This service is under request.
The cafeteria of the La Pechina complex will provide a meal service from Monday to Saturday, this service can be booked by all the participants of the campus who are interested in eating there, for a price of 12€ per day.

Mentors:
ADAM association finances the stay of two mentors at Plaza Picasso Apartments. Those mentors will take care of underage residents during the whole Workshop.
