The participants of the XV International Dance Campus of Valencia will have the option to book their accommodation, if they want so, at Plaza Picasso Apartments, thanks to a special fee agreement for our participants.
The apartments are located 5 minutes away from La Petxina’s Sport Complex, across Rio Turia’s riverbed, where the Workshop will take place.

All apartments are situated in the same building, in different floors. In the basement we can find the 24h reception, as well as the dining room. The building has also a minimarket.
All apartments has cleaning service every three days, at the same time as changing bedsheets and towels. All of them include:

Booking Procedure:
• Select, in ADAM’s inscription form, the apartment you would like.
• Tell ADAM who you want to share the flat with.
• ADAM will handle the booking for you.
• Once the booking is confirmed, you will have to proceed to the payment directly to Apartamentos Plaza Picasso following the deadline below:
o As soon as the reservation is confirmed, you will have to pay 180€ regardless of the choice of accommodation.Payments will be made from May 13rd to 19th, 2024.
o The remaining amount depending on your apartment selection must be paid between July 29th to August 4th, 2024.
o We will send you the bank information of Apartamentos Plaza Picasso by mail.

We remind you that ADAM only Works as an intermediary between Apartamentos Plaza Picasso and the families, in order to be able to do the correct assignment of the flats depending on your indications.
Cancellation policies:
The conditions of cancellation are as following:
• Before 45 days there is no penalty.
• In case of cancellation before 30 days, there will be a penalty of €180.
• In case of cancellation within the 14 days before check-in, the penalty will be of 100% of the first payment.
Prices:
Campus accommodation (18th August and departure on Saturday 31th August, total 13 nights). The price does not include meals. If you are arriving a day earlier, please add an extra night to the price specified below:
*The aparthotel has only a given number of apartments, so we cannot guarantee their availability.

This service is under request for those staying in the apartments.
The catering company La cuina de Gemma will offer breakfast and dinner service for those staying in the apartments who are interested in it.

Meals in the cafeteria of the complex La Pechina:
This service is under request.
The cafeteria of the complex La Pechina will provide a meal service from Monday to Saturday, this service can be hired by all the participants of the campus who are interested in eating there.
Mentor:
ADAM association finances the stay of one mentor at Plaza Picasso Apartments. This mentor will take care of underage residents during the whole Workshop.
